The BioHax Take

Think farmers market, but less hempy and more curated. Fresh produce, artisan snacks, and low-fuss food stalls line the EQ strip every Wednesday and Saturday. You’ll find sourdough that actually has guts, olives you’ll pretend to share, and enough leafy greens to resurrect your microbiome. Bring a tote. Bring a plan. Bring restraint.

Who It’s For

Locals who brunch with standards. Ingredient nerds. Hungover yogis. Anyone who gets high off good tomatoes.

What’s On Offer

A rotating lineup of food trucks, handmade everything, live acoustic music, and some of Sydney’s better organic veg. There’s a kids zone, dog hydration station, and enough market bags to tempt even the zero-waste sceptics.

Sustainability Snapshot

Most stalls use compostable packaging. Lots of local growers. BYO bags encouraged.
