1. Introduction

Welcome to BioHax Wellness. By accessing or purchasing from our website (biohax.com.au), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Ordering Guidelines

  • Orders must be placed via our website. We do not accept orders via phone or social media.

  • All orders are final once placed and cannot be modified.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • In the rare case of stock shortages, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)

  • PayPal

  • Afterpay (if available)

  • Payments must be completed before an order is dispatched. We do not offer cash on delivery.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours may be refunded, but a 10% processing fee applies.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless covered under our Returns Policy.

6. Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship only within Australia.

  • Standard delivery takes 2-7 business days, depending on location.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • BioHax Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the courier.

  • If your package is returned due to incorrect address details, you may be charged a re-shipping fee.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days with photos and order details.

  • Please provide as much detail and photographic evidence of your claim, including photos of the packaging when returning your item(s).

  • If an item is damaged, please do not dispose of any products relating to your claim until all evidence has been presented and your claim has been finalized.

  • If approved, we will provide a refund, store credit, or replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • If a replacement is required urgently, customers may opt to pay for a new order, which will be refunded once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Customers returning items for reasons not caused by BioHax Wellness will be responsible for their own shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method.

  • If your refund has been approved but you have not received it within 3-4 days, please contact us at hello@biohax.com.au to confirm when the credit was processed. Bank processing times may vary.

8. Product Liability Disclaimer

  • Our products are intended for personal use only and should be used strictly as directed.

  • We do not guarantee individual results, and we are not responsible for adverse reactions.

  • Customers should conduct a patch test before applying any topical products.

  • BioHax Wellness is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse of our products.

  • We collect personal information to process orders and improve user experience.

  • Your information is never sold or shared with third parties except for payment and shipping purposes.
