The BioHax Take

This isn’t your average jog around the park. Flow Athletic’s Run Club blends structure with social, coaching with community — all before sunrise. With expert-led sessions, real-time feedback, and a crew that’s equal parts focused and friendly, this is your midweek movement fix with purpose. Bonus: it ends with coffee at Arthouse Kitchen.

Owners & Run Leaders

The Flow Athletic Run Club isn’t run by influencers in lycra — it’s led by two of Sydney’s most respected performance coaches.

Jackson Gray, the new owner of Flow Athletic, brings a pedigree in strength and conditioning honed through coaching elite and junior athletes preparing for world championships. A former national-level swimmer and triathlete, Jackson’s background includes designing workplace health programs for Australia’s mining, construction, and trucking sectors — so he knows a thing or two about long hauls.

Alongside him is Ben Lucas, co-founder of Flow and a former NRL player for the Cronulla Sharks. Now one of Australia’s most in-demand PTs (with clients like Erin Holland, Sammy Robinson, and yes, Elton John), Ben is also a Sydney Marathon ambassador and a vocal member of Athletes for Life. Between the two, this isn’t just a run club — it’s a movement with muscle.
