AusFitness Expo Sydney 2025: Tickets, Dates, Competitions & What’s On

If Melbourne’s AusFitness Expo 2025 was any indication, Sydney is about to lift the roof off the ICC. Over three days, Melbourne’s halls were packed with over 120 fitness brands, full-scale competitions, live workouts, and more pre-workout samples than your shaker can handle.

From world-class athletes throwing down on the main stage to the latest in recovery tech, it was the ultimate test drive for every kind of training style — lifting, functional, endurance, and everything in between. The energy was pure endorphin overload.

Now, all eyes are on AusFitness Expo Sydney 2025. Expect the same huge brand line-up, exclusive gear drops, and wall-to-wall action — only this time, it’s on your home turf. Whether you’re chasing a PB, hunting the newest supplements, or just here for the live entertainment, the Australian fitness expo Sydney crowd is about to get its moment.

The BioHax Take

Forget crowded gyms and influencer reels — this is the real-world pulse of Australian fitness. AusFitness Expo 2025 takes over the International Convention Centre, running alongside the AusFitness Industry Trade Show & Summit, and throws it all under one very sweaty, very functional roof: muscle, movement, mind, and merch.

You’ll see CrossFit beasts throwing down, Strongman titans hitting PBs, and Search4Hurt contestants bleeding on camera (figuratively, we hope). And if you’re not competing, you’re still winning — with brand drops, interactive zones, and enough gear porn to make a PT blush.

There’s a 100m obstacle sprint (YOHKA) that’ll test your explosive speed and your ego. Recovery lounges stacked with compression boots, icy plunges, and borderline-illegal tech. And a crowd that’s one part muscle cult, one part high-performance hype squad.

This isn’t just where the fitness industry shows up — it’s where it goes full throttle. You’ll leave sore, spent, and somehow still wanting more.

What Is YOHKA?

Meet YOHKA — the next-gen obstacle sport that’s redefining what 100 metres can do to your ego. Designed for the fitness-obsessed and adrenaline-prone, YOHKA is a high-speed, high-sweat sprint challenge with 12 brutal obstacles packed into a 100m course. Inspired by the event being introduced at the LA 2028 Olympics as part of the Modern Pentathlon, this is the future of fitness racing — and it’s making its mark at AusFitness Expo 2025.

The brains (and biceps) behind it? Todd Liubinskas — strength coach, brand builder, and former athlete — who says it best:

“This is probably the toughest 100 metres most people will ever do.”

Whether you’re clocking in at 20 seconds flat or crawling over the last hurdle, YOHKA delivers grip strength, grit, and the kind of humility that lives on in your quads for days.

The Codes:

  • YOHKA Sprint (100m) – The Olympic-style gauntlet. 12 brutal obstacles. Pure adrenaline.

  • YOHKA 5KM – A longer course that’s all about testing your endurance and fire.

  • YOHKA Challenge – Crew-based chaos. Jump in, tag out, no podiums—just movement and mateship.

  • YOHKA Kids – The real deal, just mini. For kids aged 5–11, with adult supervision and all the fun.

Fun fact: YOHKA is gunning for inclusion in the 2032 Brisbane Olympics. You saw it here first.
