Women’s health care can often involve multiple specialists across fertility, gynaecology, menopause and other areas of care. Women’s Health Melbourne was built as a deliberate response to that fragmentation: one clinic group, two locations and a multidisciplinary team with a founding philosophy that women’s health deserves considered, specialist attention at different stages of life.
At the centre of the clinic is Dr Raelia Lew, a CREI-certified fertility specialist and Founder of Women’s Health Melbourne. Board certified CREI (the highest postgraduate qualification in IVF and assisted reproductive technologies, held by fewer than 2% of Australian OB/GYNs), Medical Director of Melbourne IVF, PhD graduate from the University of Cambridge, Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Melbourne, and host of the Knocked Up podcast. She has also co-developed Ellechemy, an intimate moisturiser range. Her work spans clinical practice, research, education and patient communication.
The clinic operates from two locations: a beautifully appointed practice in leafy Caulfield North for the full suite of women’s health services, and a second fertility-focused clinic in Collingwood for patients across Melbourne’s inner north and east. The team spans gynaecology, laparoscopic surgery, endocrinology, gastroenterology, medical oncology, acupuncture, and Chinese medicine. The clinic is designed to support women across a broad range of health concerns, with care coordinated across relevant disciplines where appropriate.
The Vibe
Women’s Health Melbourne has been designed as a calm, considered clinic environment, with warm consulting rooms, a specialist team and a focus on respectful, individualised care. The clinic aims to combine medical expertise with a supportive experience for patients.

IVF
IVF care at WHM is provided in a specialist clinical setting, with treatment planning tailored to each patient’s individual circumstances. Dr Raelia Lew is Medical Director of Melbourne IVF, bringing extensive experience in fertility care and reproductive medicine to her role at WHM. Protocols are tailored to each individual’s profile, with options including pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT) for couples managing genetic conditions or recurrent loss.

Social and medical egg freezing consultations are available for women considering fertility preservation. WHM takes a considered approach to timing and protocol. Suitability, timing and treatment options are discussed during consultation, based on each patient’s individual circumstances.
Gynaecology
A broad range of gynaecological care provided by specialist practitioners. Services cover pelvic pain, endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, adenomyosis, abnormal cervical screening, colposcopy, miscarriage care, contraception, cosmetic gynaecology and labiaplasty.
