Morning Ritual: Grass-Fed Bone Broth Shot with Turmeric

Morning Ritual: Grass-Fed Bone Broth Shot with Turmeric

This is how you biohack your gut, liver, and hormones before breakfast.

One small cup.
Big benefits.
Grass-fed bone broth delivers gut-sealing collagen, joint-supporting glycine, skin-plumping amino acids, and detox minerals that help your liver drain and your brain switch on. It supports hormone balance, immune function, and mood regulation, all before you’ve even made your eggs.

Made in bulk, frozen in 100mL serves, and reheated with turmeric-curcumin, this is the morning ritual that resets everything.

Prep Time: 10 minutes (bulk prep)
Cook Time: 12–24 hours (simmer)
Daily Use: 100mL reheated + turmeric
Makes: Approx. 2.5L

Ingredients:

  • 1.5kg grass-fed beef bones (marrow, knuckle, or joint bones)

  • 1 tablespoon Celtic sea salt → shop here

  • 3L filtered water

Instructions:

  1. Add bones, filtered water, and Celtic salt to a large ceramic, stainless steel, or glass pot.

  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a very low simmer.

  3. Skim any foam from the surface in the first 30–45 minutes.

  4. Simmer gently for 12–24 hours, uncovered or partially covered.

  5. Histamine-sensitive? Simmer for just 4–6 hours, freeze immediately, and consume as soon as reheated.
  6. Strain and cool. Skim off fat if desired.

  7. Freeze in 100mL portions using glass jars or silicone trays.

Your Daily Ritual:

  • Reheat 100mL broth gently in a stainless steel pan

  • Stir in 1/4 tsp Turmeric + Curcumin → shop here

  • You can include, grated, half a teaspoon only if you're not having it in any other dish throughout the day.
  • Sip slowly while you cook breakfast, no caffeine required

Clean Cooking Tips:

  • Always use filtered water

  • Only cook and reheat in glass, ceramic, or stainless steel

  • Freeze in glass jars or silicone, never plastic

  • Avoid slow cookers with non-stick inserts
