Wanderlust Wellspring 2026 Announced

Wanderlust Confirms Wellspring 2026 Return

Wanderlust Wellspring 2026 The Biohack Summit Returns

Wanderlust’s wellness empire isn’t done with you yet.
Fresh off a sold-out Gold Coast debut that pulled more than 3000 attendees, the brand has confirmed its headline event Wellspring will return in 2026, promising to be bigger, bolder and even better.

The announcement came straight from Wanderlust CEO Radek Sali at the closing session of Wellspring 2025, a weekend that turned the RACV Royal Pines Resort into a playground for longevity junkies, cold-plunge converts and nervous-system nerds alike.

“We are thrilled at how the Wellspring experience came together over the weekend,” said Sali. “It was the largest summit of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere, uniting a community of like-minded people who came with open hearts, a willingness to learn, and a shared intention to create positive change for themselves and the world.

Our hope is that the pioneering ideas shared by our presenters and teachers continue to inspire lasting improvements in health and wellbeing. Wellspring will return in 2026 bigger, bolder, and even better.”

The 2025 Blueprint

Think Dave Asprey, Dr David Sinclair and Wim Hof in one place, plus hormone whisperers, breathwork evangelists and data driven wellness brands.
Over two packed days, ticket holders cycled through 60 keynotes, yoga flows and sound immersions, with pop ups from The Beauty Chef, Found Space, Saint Haven, Loco Love and Chemist Warehouse. Even the UK Liver Clinic flew in for live diagnostics in the Vitality Village.

It wasn’t a festival. It was a full scale metabolic reboot.

Two Daves And The Iceman

Dave Asprey – the self proclaimed Father of Biohacking – is a four time New York Times bestselling author and founder of Bulletproof and Upgrade Labs.
He’s famously spent over US 2 million optimising his biology, reversed lab markers and claims he’s on track to live to 180. His Wellspring session Heavily Meditated Practical Biohacking Techniques And Consciousness Expansion packed the room and became one of the weekend’s most replayed conversations.

Then came Dr David Sinclair, Harvard geneticist and author of Lifespan, whose research on sirtuins and NAD plus basically rewrote what we know about ageing. His keynote peeled back the science of biological age reversal and proved that serious genomics can still fill a ballroom.

And of course Wim Hof – The Iceman himself – brought the cold and the charisma, turning breathwork into a communal adrenaline rush. Between Asprey’s tech, Sinclair’s science and Hof’s pure physiology, Wellspring hit every register of modern wellness: data, DNA and dopamine.

2026 What’s Next

So what’s next for Wellspring
The team isn’t revealing a new location just yet – though Sydney’s wellness crowd is already manifesting a local run – but insiders suggest September 2026 is on the cards.

Longevity and biohacking will remain the spine of the program, joined by what Sali calls grounded practices – yoga, Pilates, meditation and nervous system repair to balance the tech with embodiment.

Expect a broader fusion of science and spirit cold plunges, circadian resets, mitochondria tuning and maybe even a dose of epigenetic self experimentation for good measure.

The Biohax Take

It’s not crystals and kumbaya, its wellness with WiFi.
Wellspring has officially outgrown the expo label; it’s now the Southern Hemisphere’s answer to Silicon Valley’s longevity scene.

For two days each spring, the world’s sharpest thinkers, healers and human upgrade enthusiasts gather under one roof to swap mitochondrial data and meditate between panels.

2026 won’t just build on the hype, it’ll redefine what an Australian wellness event can be.

Tickets And Access

Details are still under wraps, but newsletter subscribers at wanderlust.com.au will get first access to presale tickets and speaker drops.

In the meantime, speakers from the 2025 line up Kayla Barnes, Jeff Krasno and Schuylar Grant are touring Sydney and Melbourne this month as part of East Forest Live, keeping the post summit momentum humming.
