Shilu's Chickpea, Potato & Spinach Curry is a medium spiced North Indian style curry with a tomato base. Serve with rice, bread or baked vegetables.
Ingredients: Chickpea, tomato, onion, potato, spinach, spices, ginger, garlic, salt, olive oil (450g).
Heating Directions: empty contents into a saucepan and stir frequently over medium heat until hot or microwave in a glass container for 1-2 minutes.
**Serves 2 or one very hungry person.
Note: made on the same lines as products with dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, sesame and fish.
Storage: Store below 5 degrees celsius and consume within 3 days of opening. Fridge life sealed is 3 months or 6 months in the freezer.
