Organic Buckwheat Flour is a high-fibre, high-protein flour that is rich in vitamins and minerals, and has a rich, nutty flavour. Organic Buckwheat Flour is very versatile and can be used on its own or combined with other types of flours for baking. Great for pancakes, waffles, crepes, biscuits and making pasta.

No GMO. Preservative and additive free.

How to Use

Organic buckwheat flour is an excellent wheat flour alternative for baking pancakes, waffles, crepes, biscuits and pasta products. Buckwheat flour can be mixed with other gluten-rich flours to make bread. Organic buckwheat flour can be used in many recipes for extra nutrition and flavour. For baking bread, a maximum of half of the flour should be buckwheat flour. Ideally buckwheat flour should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator to retain its freshness.

Growing & Processing

Organic buckwheat flour is produced by milling the whole buckwheat grain and sieving off only the inedible outer husk. The nutrient-rich fibrous layer covering the kernel is left making a very nutritious flour product.
